tkwyant 5 Posted October 16, 2014 I'm still in very early stages of trying to get it going, surgeon is in contact with my insurance company trying to get it going, haven't even met him yet in person, but it's looking like my bmi is borderline on what my insurance will approve, Dangit, I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue I have diabetes, sleep apnea and cad, anyone have cigna insurance and how did it go with thwm Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

cmick14 34 Posted October 16, 2014 If your borderline is above 35 you need only one comorbidity to qualify. You have two for sure that are on their list : diabetes and sleep apnea. Cigna makes you go through three months (90 full days- so ends up being four months) of nutrition supervised diet.
