SuReinaBlanca 7 Posted October 14, 2014 I would keep calling your doctor until you see results! That's what I had to do.
Melora 14 Posted October 14, 2014 I just went through this. If the papers were faxed there is an electronic receipt. They have 30 days which they can approve or deny. My insurance took 29 of the days to approve. Both the patient care coordinator and we were calling and just getting the run around. We documented every call so the next time we callec and they said they had no record , , we read ours. Sudflenky they woukd find the paoer work. A call to customer servive was helpful. Hang in there .

jenn2752781 13 Posted October 14, 2014 It's so frustrating we do our part in a timely manner and they seem to drag out theirs
Melora 14 Posted October 14, 2014 I would guess we have the same carrier of insurance. Waiting is the hardest. If you meet all the criteria it will pass through. Try to think of something else. I took on a huge sewing project during my wait so some days flew by.

gwunderle 25 Posted October 14, 2014 In my experience, you need to stay on top of your doctors team. They have a lot of patients and at this time of year, everyone is trying to get their surgery in before the end of the year (insurance deductibles). The squeaky wheel gets the grease.... Lkk0158 39 Posted October 14, 2014 It took one of my dr's 4 weeks to get my report in. When it came to getting paid tho they had to have my credit card on file and charged my card before my visit. $250.00. So I know how you feel! Finally all my paperwork is turned in and waiting on approval.
