Please don't feel guilty after eating, you are doing the best you can at the moment.

Just stay focused on staying hydrated and the rest will come.

Are you still on full liquids?

What kind of plan does your surgeon have you on?

That's how I was last week. And honestly you just have to keep plugging away at it.

The Soups I could eat almost a whole cup, but wouldn't go farther than that-even though I felt I could. Since starting puree today I get full crazy fast! It's a huge change.

Just stay hydrated and eat as much Protein as your tummy will allow. It will get easier. Don't beat yourself up because you are doing great!

My surgeon said hitting the Water targets was most important followed by protein and Vitamins.

I'm sorry if that wasn't much help...

Sheena :-)

I've spoken with medical staff which includes nurses. No one will answer my question regarding intercourse. When is it safe to resume?

My paperwork says when you comfortable/ready you may resume.

Have you guys started exercising?

I have spoken to a few other sleeve peers and one of the girls said she did 5 days post op. I waited about two weeks. As long as ur body feels like is fine. It should be fine. I did felt exhausted the next day but that was to be expected. Just don't do much of the effort. ????
