carolk36 142 Posted October 21, 2014 I just had my 6 week NUT visit and was eating around 600-650 calories a day. She told me that I MUST get my calorie intake up to 800, minimum a day and really wants me to be closer to 1000! She wants me to do this by adding Snacks. It's hard! I've hit 800 calories once. I'm trying but there's just not enough time in the day to get it all in it seems. Good luck to you!

Mayaresearchmom 104 Posted October 22, 2014 @@yorkiegirl2013 I would start with your post-op diet routine and track all the you eat. My postop diet is 60 to 80 grams of Protein, 30 grams of fats, and no more than 100 grams of carbs. Eating Proteins first, then carbs and finally fats.
