Great idea Beni!

October 8th for me with my sleeve.

A little bit of pain in the beginning but 3 days out much better. Still not getting all my Water or Protein down but feeling better about it everyday.

I had my first BM 7 days out. Now that was like giving birth to my fourth baby without an epidural. It was a 40 minute experience . No one was home at the time I even sent my hubby a text that if he finds me pasted out on the bathroom floor to wipe me down an put on my pretty panties before he called 911. Lol!!!

Waking up this morning felling good and still gassy. Walking a mile on the treadmill every morning . Not fast but getting there.

Down 13 pounds after first week.

I mixed the 2oz stage 1 baby bananas with 15 ml Vitamins and 15g GENEPRO.

My doctor says that the Protein supplements a drink also count toward the 60 ounces of liquid I need a day
