Delicious, and a half cup serving has 12g protein. The spiciness of the cayenne hides the Protein powder taste really well.

Jyoyonomore 319 Posted October 25, 2014 (edited) Hello recently discovered this website! I'm scheduled for surgery on October 27th! I'm excited but somewhat nervous as I have never been "put under" before. Best wishes to all ???? @lexieLuv. I' like you had experienced very little anesthesia mostly "twilight" sleep for a couple GYN procedures & having my Tonsils out as a child. This anesthesia is the real thing but it's all good. I work in the OR all the time & I have learned to ask questions. For me the more I know & get a sense of the folks in the room the more relaxed I. Am. If that's not you that's fine too. You'll be fine here's some Questions to ask your Anesthesia team. How many times have you worked with this Surgeon? Do I have a difficult airway? If so what precautions will you take because of it. ( I had a bad interaction for one of Gyn procedures raspy forever post and loopy for day & 1/2 post.) that was before I learned to ask ? During my surgery I requested a Strip Monitor on my forehead so they could monitor my brain activity. Also I asked for the pain patch behind my ear that lots of folks swear by on this site to stave off nausea on PostOp but the Doc said unless I get motion sneakiness ( I don't) he wanted to go for a mix of drugs based on my weight & past reactions. Who will be in the room the entire procedure for anesthesia? The anesthesia Doc, a CRNA ( Certified RN in Anesthesia) or a Resident? How much training have they had? For me I had the best anesthesia reaction ever I was raspy for about an hour only and more tired than loopy after an hour. Good Luck!
