aznurse4u 17 Posted October 14, 2014 Congratulations to all of you! I had my VSG on 8/6/12. My highest weight was around 317. This morning I was 192! I am 6'0" tall. I am so grateful that I was approved by my insurance BCBS for my surgery. Even though I developed complication because of a blood clotting disorder - not from my sleeve, I would totally do it all over again. Even though I am happy with how I look in cloths now and I am able to buy some really cute one, I have focused on other dislikes now. Flappy belly, flabby thighs, saggy butt, "deflated face" and increased facial wrinkles. But only me and my husband if 24 years sees this part. Because of my clotting disorder plastic surgery is not an option for me. So just realize that we are always going to focus on our imperfections. Just remember to try and be grateful for losing the weight and to be alive and healthier! Best wishes to each and everyone of you! Xoxo
