Protein shakes

Hey all, so I've been using GNC total lean 25 Protein Shakes since my surgery 2 years ago. Typically this is my Breakfast as my band is tighter in the morning. Lately I've noticed I have had more Migraine headaches. I believe it may be connected to my Protein shakes. I'm wondering a couple of things, 1) anyone else experience this? 2) what are some natural alternatives? I want to shift to eating more all natural, whole foods with less chemicals I can't pronounce.

Would you consider a very small unfill of about .1-.2 CCs so you can eat normal foods in the AM?

I usually have greek yogurt for Breakfast.< /p>

2muchfun I've had a full cc taken out and still needed liquid. Then I gained weight so I had it put back in.

I've been doing Greek yogurt, but I typically eat in the car in the way to work. I think this needs to change.
