Surgery check in Monday morning 8 am, surgery 10 am or so... I will be honest, I HAVE on three occasions cracked, and eaten food, but I have also lost 12 pounds... bowel prep tomorrow... I'mi've by and large been fine and haven't really wanted anything, and when i did show weakness it was for Protein... and the only thing I can't seem to get rid of thought wise right now, is pizza, my favorite food... I'm having a really hard time with that one.. anyone else having trouble, missing their favorite food? ? At this point, I'm ready to go, and have already noticed how different things are when you aren't being ruled by your next meal or food... that has been a bit freeing and I am excited to lose this weight and really get back to normal, or my new normal, eating food and stuff... anyway, any encouragement or advice is always appreciated... hope you guys are staying stronger than I have on these pre-op diets...
