Yes they are already mixed! They taste like a shake and the best that I have found so far! They come in cases of 12 at costco or Sam's club but Sam's price come out to about $1.39 each which is the cheapest I have found.

I will have to compare the label of them to the product I got from my doctor's office.

Can I buy any kind of Protein Shakes? Or does it have to be specifically for bariatric patients?

Because I love most kinds, RAW Vegan is my fav. But, I want to do what is right. Also
