Kpar909956 87 Posted October 11, 2014 Today is day 7 of my preop and I woke up very hungry. Next two days I have to do clear liquid and I am not sure what I can eat/drink to keep me full. But surgery day is around the corner. Good luck to all coming up and I hope everyone that has done the surgery is feeling great today. Share your tips please. rumpole6 12 Posted October 11, 2014 I am going on the 13th so I am really on the roller coaster emotionally. I don't do Clear Liquids until after the process . I do 1000 calories a day I've only been hungry 1 or two times. I try to keep busy to stop my mind from wandering to scary thoughts
cdenney123 103 Posted October 11, 2014 I am ready for the 14th already I am ready for the change and to be on a liquid diet because I actually get full not cause I have to shrink my liver and be hungry all day. Only 3 more days
BeagleLover 1,020 Posted October 11, 2014 (edited) I needed to do clear liquids for a few days post-op. I drank the Isopure clear read-to-drink fluids; the large bottles have 40g Protein. I figured if I could keep the Protein level up, I was less likely to go through a bout of losing a lot of hair.
