Six weeks out and getting bored with my diet. I've recently started in solid foods and am adding things in. Any suggestions?

That's what I do. I have a whole shelf in my freezer with individual servings of precooked meals. Makes it great for those days when I've had a rough day at work, or the kids are all eating out and it's just my husband and I at home. LOL, he may eat more than one serving, but that's ok, it gives me more room to try new recipes. I bought a bunch of small Corningware ramekins that only hold 4 ounces. They work great because they can go from freezer to microwave.

Smart I am going to get some ramekins. Soon I will start cooking & make a recipe book. Some of the foods look very good. I still have 4 1/2 weeks before I can taste them. I will wait til I get closer to that stage. Nice that your husband eats what you eat. My husband loves to cook & he keeps thinking of different recipes he can make. I am glad my family is supportive except for my 18 year old son he is not on board which is expected. Ha

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
