scaredcrazytodeath 3 Posted October 12, 2014 Wow I can't even eat Breakfast I start off with 2 bottles of Water then by 1pm 2pm I can eat, I had my surgery January 14 2014 and I was 233 now I'm 189 my goal weight is 175 14 lbs to go all smiles it truly been a challenge, Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
catfish87 3,471 Posted October 13, 2014 I eat oatmeal occasionally, especially before longer bike rides. It seems to "stick with me" longer. I usually cook steel cut oats. Or sometimes, I'll just eat a Clif bar. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
