I'M ONE WEEK POST OP AND THE CENTER OF MY BELLY FEELS BLOATED STILL. ANYONE KNOW IF THIS IS NORMAL?

YES!! I felt the same way! I am almost 2 weeks out and still a little bloated. Just keep walking! Congrats!!

OK good glad it's normal. Lol does anyone's belly hurt still. Mine is still sore and I get a little pinch every once in a while.

Yes! I still get twinges of pain and have a little bruising. But getting better everyday!

Yes - that happened to me too. And I was thinking "what the heck". But I'm a bit of a worrier. Working on that. I hope to soon be the one to have that great success story and CHEER everyone else like these forums have done for me. Hang in there. We're cheering for you ????

Yeah I overdid it yesterday. I was shopping and felt it after a while. Came home and put feet up.

Yeah that's all you can do.. Starting to know where my limits are.. As soon as I feel the pain coming I know I've reached it and have to lay down

Grocery shopping and grandkids both wear me out quickly . Ready to be strong and begin working out. I want this weight off so bad. I want to be able to play with my grandbabies and not get so tired :-/.

My surgery was 4 weeks ago tomorrow. I stayed sore for a good while. Doing pretty good now. I freaked out this morning for what I called "low weight loss" - after really looking at the numbers - I'm doing really well. These forums are a God send. They keep your mind in check. Good luck and I hope your soreness goes away soon.
