I keep a small box of All-bran on my desk and munch just a pinch or two several times a day. It's kind of sweet. It does the trick. I also like prunes so I eat one or two of them a day.

I'm loving Benefiber!

I put a Tablespoon in a glass of Carb Coutdown chocolate Milk (Thanks Michelle!!) in the morning. I also sprinkle it on just about everything. It works well, and doesn't gag me.

I keep a bag full of shredded wheat squares handyand eat them dry as a snack ..lots of lettuce helps me too..Hmm..I will have to try adding some benefiber to my carb countdown ( thanks Kim)

I like benifiber too. I can eat some lettece but you know what happens if you eat too much.... I keep cheese and crakers and peanuts near by. I miss crunching on food so the wheat triskets are good for that.
