The hospital called to do pre-admitting today. 29 days until my life changes. I'm so excited! Also a little nervous to know I won't have real food for a month. My program does not require a two-week shake liquid meal because they require us to lose weight before we r scheduled.. So periodically I'll just try to go all day and just shakes. It's no easy task.

the 2 weeks liquid diet is mainly to shrink your liver so it is easier to move around inside. i wish u the best of luck.
