JillC878 59 Posted October 7, 2014 Breakfast - 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1/4 cup fruit, a Protein shake, or Protein Bar lunch - one of those P3 Packs Dinner- Fish and some veggies or 1/2 cp-ish of whatever I make my hubby Snack - Greek Yogurt I am very lucky to not have a bunch of food issues. Thinkingthinner1109 485 Posted October 8, 2014 Breakfast-Protein shake Snack-1-1 1/2 slices of thin deli ham Lunch- egg white of a boiled egg, sometimes scrambled egg Snack- sugar free pudding or Jello Dinner- grilled hamburger about 2 ounces, broiled fish 2 ounces, chicken, pork. Don't have room for much else, once in a while i will have a couple forks of baked potato or mashed potatoes but not very often. I usually am too full to have any after dinner Snacks. vincereautmori 323 Posted October 8, 2014 ~7 weeks post op On today's menu: Breakfast- 3/4 C Special K Protein and 3/4 C 1% milk Lunch- 1/2 C turkey chilli with Beans Afetrnoon Snack- 12 oz. Pure Protein shake Dinner- 4 oz. ground beef with ff gravy, ~1/3 C fresh tomatoes w/ff basalmic dressing (I have to eat slowly, this takes about 30- 40 minutes) late snack- Jello FF pudding Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
