NSV is a Non scale Victory. Like fitting into smaller sizes, being able to exercise more, fitting into an airplane seat without a seatbelt extender etc.

I had that today! I am trying to buy new scrubs before I go back to work. At the beginning of my year long journey before surgery I was in a 5x shirt and pants. Today I was able to go into

Walmart and buy a size 3x in shirt and pants! Was very excited!
