rumpole6 12 Posted October 5, 2014 Today is day one of the 1000 cal diet What is strange though is as of now I've exceeded the Protein by 10 at 90g but calories are low at 850. It's early and I would like a snack but it will make the protein even higher. I don't know what to do. Should I stop once I hit my protein goal? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
