Brandigirl 22 Posted October 7, 2014 That is awesome you are off of your meds! My band is on the tighter side right now. It depends on so many things what I can eat. missbrown30 148 Posted October 23, 2014 Hi Brandigirl, Congratulations on your weight loss. It seems like you know what you have to do to lose those last 40#. You just have to put your mind to it and remain focused (I know it's easier said than done). But I agree that it can be extremely tough and frustrating. I still have 23# to lose to reach my goal but it seems like lately the weight just doesn't want to come off (i.e. I've lost 5# in the last 8 weeks, ugh). On the days when I can't make it to the gym I just walk on my treadmill while watching tv. I figure it beats laying on the couch watching tv, lol. Even if you don't have any exercise equipment at home, there are a few phone apps that can help you get moving. I wish you all the best on your journey. Stay encouraged!
