I just read your entire blog...from the beginning. It's amazing. Thank you. I'm 8 days post-op and so grateful to know what I'm feeling is normal (sadness, food withdrawal, emotional roller coaster). You inspire me. Thank you!

wake up: Decaf coffee

breakfast: P3

drink: bottle of sugar free Arnold Palmer

snack: few pieces of Jack Links

lunch: Wendy's chili

snack: Baby Belle cheese

late snack: Quest bar

drink: bottle of Water with crystal light

dinner: 3 naked wings, drum part only (meat)

Water near bedtime
