Sleeved yesterday (9-30) help!

I had the sleeve on 9/30 and its been a rough week of fevers than nausea and dry heaves. Not able to eat or drink a whole lot but trying my best to stay hydrated. If I eat I have the heavy chest pain and crazy tummy noises. Thanks to reading about everyones journey I know its part of healing. Reading the posts have helped me. Thanks everyone!!! Pattie

Are you still running a fever? If so, you should see your doctor right away. Fever can be an indicator of infection and is NOT a normal symptom post-sleeve.

I am 1 week post op and have constant discomfort between my breasts. Not really pain discomfort. Is that normal?

Hi, thanks, fever was gone by post op day 4. I see the doctor for my 1 week tomorrow.

It was for me. I was having a lot of constriction and spasming in my esophagus in the early days post-op. That subsided about a week and a half in and now I only get anything like that if I eat or drink too much or too fast.
