Hey everyone I was sleeved in June 2 and started at 500 pounds. I am currently at 393 and I'm so happy everyone notices my clothes are wear me now lol . I bike to work now when it doesn't rain lol but I still have a ways to go I'm looking for about another 120 pounds in 6"8 I just wanted to share it hasn't been easy but I'm so happy I did it I want to share this so everyone knows that it can be done. It's definitely not a decision to take lightly but if you commit to it it's we'll worth it

Good job and keep up the good work!!! It's definitely not an easy decision, but it was definitely one of the best I have ever made. The sleeve is just a tool.
