I'm on the other side. Had surgery at 8 this morning. Shoulder pain is terrible. Glad it's done though. Been up and walking some. But just want to sleep

Starting my pre-op diet today. 2 weeks and counting before surgery

I'm day 3 post op, lots of pain but getting better every day, glad to be on the other side of it. Really struggling to get Protein AND Water in.

Anyone struggling with muscle spasms right at the large incision? Whoa... That is one thing I've not heard anyone talking about.

Anyone struggling with muscle spasms right at the large incision? Whoa... That is one thing I've not heard anyone talking about.

I don't necessarily have spasms from it but I get what feels like a sharp pinch inside that makes me wince each time. It is right above my belly button to the left side.
