My hair has gotten so thin

Well I am not getting the amount of Protein in that I am supposed to, but I was told it is due to the trauma of the surgery.

I have an appointment to get a haircut on Tuesday. Hopefully a little shorter of a cut will make it look better. My sweetie won't like it but you gotta do what ya gotta do!

My hair starting falling out at 3 months out and around 9 months , my hair stylist cut my hair short to allow the baby hairs to blend in as they grew in . I take Biotin everyday and also use Shampoo that has biotin in it . after 20 months , my hair has finally stopped falling out .

I have heard of the three months s/p surgery hair falling out but not nine. Is that typical?
