Kerry 5570 24 Posted September 28, 2014 Hi all I had my surgery 4 days ago. Still feel really bloated, wondering how long it lasts. Looking forward to meeting people who will have answers lol

Bandista 7,466 Posted September 28, 2014 Hi there and congratulations! Hope you're feeling better today. The walking really helped me so much during the healing phase. I was also constipated -- didn't use pain medication but just from the anesthesia in the hospital -- and I had to take something to help with that. Best wishes -- you are on your way! CherieRyde 227 Posted September 28, 2014 Walking does WONDERS for the bloating and pain. Everyone (not the folks on here) around me kept telling me to take it easy and not push myself, but walking is the best thing you can do. Also, everyone is different, so everyone's recovery is different. Listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
Kerry 5570 24 Posted September 28, 2014 Thanks for the messages. I will keep walking and hope for the best. Here we go lol
catlover602 85 Posted September 28, 2014 Walking everyday helped so much. I also had to sleep sitting up/on a recliner for the first month. It was just too uncomfortable to lay down. This band is a learning process. I'm still learning. Remember small bites, chew, chew, and Protein first. Good Luck.
dixie70 1 Posted September 28, 2014 I had mine 4days ago also.
Kerry 5570 24 Posted September 29, 2014 Hi all, OMG I feel so much better today. I think I was just drinking too quickly aswell Now that I feel I can sit behind this computer for more than five mins without losing my breath lol. OK so how to I add a body weight ticker to my profile
blacktxbelle 99 Posted September 29, 2014 Hi Kerry 5570, Glad you are feeling better. I enjoyed walking and still do to release the bloat. I still also enjoy my heating pad and gas-x thin strips. (I recently switched from chewables). To add a ticket, look to the top right of the screen where it says "Hello Kerry 5570" Click there and then click on you avatar the little person to the left. On the left hand side of the next screen look for tickers. Click tickers. Then click add tickers on the next page. It gives you some options for the weight and the little marker. Best Wishes
