I am also new to the message board. I was banded on 04/30/07 abd had a very positive surgical experience. My doctor was very stern when it came to two weeks of a Liquid Protein diet prior to surgery. It appears his advice was well heeded.

My BMI is down almost four points since the liquid Protein diet began on April 16th. I am fortunate enough to have a great supportful spouse and kids that care. This is a jouney worth taking.

JOURNEY ON!!!!!

Hi Musky Hunter! I sent a message to your box.....in another post you mentioned your success on the liquid diet you had to do. Can you go into a bit more detail about it? I am thinking it could help me drop a few more pounds so that I can submit to insurance.
