NewLife4Me7 110 Posted September 27, 2014 I have lost 55lbs. I feel great. Today is my birthday and we're going out to dinner tonight. I was thinking of having grilled salmon with garlic mashed potatoes. I don't want a vegetable because they don't fully cook them. Does this sound good for 2 months post-op? esskay77 785 Posted September 27, 2014 Happy birthday! That sounds good to me. Keep your portions small, the size of a deck of cards for the fish. Enjoy!

Cupcake 801 Posted September 27, 2014 First Happy Birthday and congrats on your choice to being healthy, your food choice sounds wise but take it slow and see how your body reacts you do not want to introduce to much at the same time . Remember Protein first so eat the fish first . Enjoy your special day my friend.

NewLife4Me7 110 Posted September 27, 2014 Thank you cupcake and joy59. My dinner was delicious! I had the salmon cut the size of a deck of cards and about a 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes and I was full.
