I have my next appointment tomorrow with the weight loss clinic. First since my initial visit last month. My question is if I have gained weight will it knock me out or does it only matter if I've gained at the last weigh in?

Hi Heav85,

What was your outcome on this one? Im in the same boat, my first month in and put on about 3 lbs. So, I kinda am wondering the same thing.
