limbo6 23 Posted September 25, 2014 i am 2 weeks out and i am still have tremendous burning pain at the right incision site. i was vomiting after surgery and don't know if this is causing me more pain now. after vomiting...i could barely get out of bed as the pain was so bad on the right side. after 2 weeks, though, i am still holding my side, still doubling over at times and it is constantly burning, even when sitting. is this normal? Rogofulm 2,440 Posted September 25, 2014 That doesn't sound normal. Please contact your surgeon's office immediately!
BitterSweet* 835 Posted September 26, 2014 Not normal at all. Please seek medical help from your surgeon. Good luck and let us know how things turn out.
JCP 619 Posted September 26, 2014 This sounds like me. I called the dr and was told my internal stitches are pulling and it would subside. Two days ago, I woke up with reduced pain. I have taken no pain meds today. Prior this this, I had to take meds every 4 hours it was so bad. Please call your doctor.
