Best decision I made... I've started on this weight loss journey 2004 was successful but never able to keep weight off... So I final decided to have the gastric sleeve... I'm two weeks out, started day of surgery 333lbs, I'm down 17lbs to 316lbs at my two week post appt today. I'd love to lose 100lbs in such a short amount of time. Great job man! Go to the gym if possible 3-5 times per week... First few weeks 1hr cardio mostly treadmill or elliptical... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
