Woke up from surgery without the bypass.

I went into surgery Monday morning to do the gastric bypass after having several issues with the band last year. I woke up in recovery to find out there was more infection (this would make surgery #4 to remove infection.) in the lining of my stomach and he couldn't do the bypass. I am completely heartbroken. I had to gain several pounds just to re qualify for the surgery.

I really feel like this past year has been for nothing now.

So sorry to hear this! I'll bet you are discouraged. I'm sure once your infection is gone you'll get the surgery! Hang in there!
