@@poginut and @@BeagleLover time is winding down for us! I've messed up a little yesterday and today on the pre-op called the dr. office and they said I should be fine. I had a lot of protein!! And it wasn't liquid form! I'm nervous and anxious I can't wait till this is over.... Good luck to you both on your new life's journey to be healthy and fit and a may your recovery be speedy and smooth

I was cooking elbow macaroni for my family and had to make sure it was "al dente." I tasted it to make sure it was done, then spit it out. I don't want my surgeon to find a macaroni in there tomorrow!!!
