I really like unjury chocolate splendor w malted milk powder. Another fave is yogurt with a little fruit, of course, sweetened (w/ Sweet N' Low) to the hilt!

Everyone's likes are very individual, but since you asked,

I like....

unjury unflavored and chicken broth

Garden of Life Raw Fit and Raw Protein original, chocolate and vanilla

Muscle Milk cake batter, banana and red velvet cake

Syntrax Matrix vanilla

Syntrax nectar cherry, apple, fuzzy naval and lemonade

Spirutein banana

Premium Protein chocolate, vanilla and strawberry

Did not like...

Any Isopure (only thing that ever made me gag postop)

Any Jay Robb egg (the whey varieties were OK)

Chike (too gritty). I just drink regular coffee and add premier vanilla or chocolate for Creamer instead

I also mix in PB2, Mio and Dasani Water enhancers, berries, peaches, mangos, bananas and Torani syrups for even more flavor options

Here are a couple of my favorites...I use unjury only. I always mix in the Protein powder last - it seems to reduce the froth. I use a Magic Bullet to mix my shakes.

5 ice cubes, 8 ounces Water or almond milk, 1 teaspoon Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder - whiz together. Add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar free Torani peppermint Syrup and a scoop of Unjury chocolate Splendor, whiz again until blended. Tastes like a Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookie.

2-3 frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/3 of a banana, 8 ounces of almond milk or Water splash of sugar free Torani vanilla syrup. Whiz up in the Magic Bullet. Add one scoop of Unjury Vanilla and whiz again until blended.

5 ice cubes, 8 ounces water or almond milk. Whiz together. 1-2 teaspoon PB2 powder, 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder. Whiz again.

Sometimes I will add some Greek yogurt. You can play around with different sugar free puddings - pistaccio pudding mix with Vanilla Unjury is awesome. Lemon pudding mix is good.

I usually have 4 or 5 bottles of Torani sugar free syrups at all times. You need to play around with different flavors and textures.

If you want something savory - Unjury chicken Soup is pretty good.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
