Thank you:) I wasn't asked by my doctor to do it, but started one on my own . I have been doing it for 6 day's. Just want to make sure I get my body used to it. I also want to lose as much as possible before the surgery. Current weight is 229. My goal weight is 135-140.

im getting the single incision sleeve,thru my belly button so my dr wants me on 14 day liquids to shrink the liver.i have lost 4lbs tho since Monday!!!

Have you had your surgery? I'm planning on having the single incision as well. If so how did it go ?

I have UHC too! I'm in the middle of my six months! I'm hoping I get approved. I am the same height and weight but I do have high blood pressure. Good luck to you!

I'm waiting on my approval. Dr office submitted my paperwork on Thursday ... The wait is real!????! I called today and they stated it was processing . Not sure what that means....keep me in prayer everyone. surg date 12/1/14
