breeze0404 14 Posted December 20, 2014 Yeah! Support in St. Louis! I'm attending my first support group through BJC pre-op on Monday. I went to the NP on Thursday and MAN there is sooo much stuff I have to do. I have to have a 6 month document diet from dietitician-but that's okay because I didn't want to have the surgery until this summer when I get more time off work! Labs, psych evaluation, ekg! UGH! SeptemberSlimmer1960 53 Posted December 20, 2014 I am feeling fine but I get full really quickly! I don't have very much of an appetite either! My struggle is this clear liquid diet. But next week I can have pudding - sugar free of course, but pudding, grits, oatmeal and cream of wheat! Yummy! I'm pretty sick of Popsicles and Jello, bleh. Not a lot of pain though! I live across from Heman too and looking for a workout buddy- I see my dietician to start my 6 months supervision on Dec 29- so I'm going to need help staying dedicated!
