sherrie1957 27 Posted September 24, 2014 I had surgery 9/2/14, just started on second stage of soft foods. I really have to remember to eat slow, if you don't it can sure make you feel sick, but I'm in the learning stages, and making new habit stage . I have a wonderful husband and 3 amazing daughters which is the reason i mostly made the decision to have the surgery to help me lose weIght. i want to get healthy so i can live a long healthy life.I was sleeved September 17th 2014. I was 230 pounds at my heaviest weight. I was 206 pounds the day of my surgery. I am 17 weeks,4 days post op now 1/18/15 and 160 pounds and my goal weight is 120 pounds. i'm still on phase 3 so i'm just on soft foods. i struggle to get my Vitamins, Protein and fluids in everyday because it is hard for me to eat or drink too much at a time. just really need the support of others going through the same thing as i am Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
