rhfactor272 50 Posted September 24, 2014 Every morning I take plain nonfat greek yogurt (most protein), a good vanilla Protein Powder, nonfat milk, ice & frozen blueberries or whatever fruit I have and hit my nutrabullet "type" machine (its a copycat but does the job). I swear I taste cheesecake in every sip. And its loaded with Protein. Thats my Breakfast. Im about 6 weeks out now and got sick of the shakes real quick! Try it, you'll love it!
