Thenewnic 139 Posted July 18, 2015 @@AllisonK1986 You can DEFINITELY lose 100+ pounds with the sleeve!! I'm 5'7 and have lost that much the first six months. I haven't been the perfect sleever, BUT I recognized what I needed to do to be successful for myself which included getting help with a therapist who specializes in Bariatric patients. It's not been easy. However, I would do it a thousand times over if need be. Also, I will caution that you can't compare yourself to other VSG'ers. I think everyone's post should come with a warning that "these results are not typical." Lol Otherwise you'll drive yourself crazy. I've been lucky and know the last 20 pounds are going to be hard to get to goal. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions regarding the process. Mary Ann H 29 Posted July 27, 2015 (edited) I was sleeved June 12 at Northside with Dr. Michael Williams. I live in Roswell. I'm looking to be sleeved at Northside too. I live in Brookhaven, and my parents are just down the road in Sandy Springs, so it makes sense to check out doing it at Northside first. I have an appointment with Dr. Paul Macik next week.
