Bigboy76 102 Posted September 21, 2014 I got up and walked my Golden "Duke" this morning. Although I couldn't walk super fast, it felt SO FREAKING GOOD!!! I am normally too tired and winded to walk him. He loved the walk and I did too. Nice to already see how good sleeve life feels!!!!!! #AMAZING

taylorj7 51 Posted September 26, 2014 Awesome! I have a Large German Shepard, My Surgeon suggested I waited four weeks. It almost Killed Me! But now I'm making up for lost time! Congrats to you.
Bigboy76 102 Posted September 26, 2014 Yep. I hear ya. Duke's about 55 lbs. I was worried about it, but Doc said if it wasn't hurting me to continue. I'm going stir-crazy not being able to get to the gym for 4 weeks. I want to start weight training...but I am going to wait and follow Dr orders! Not trying to have any complications.
