An get both your Water & Protein in the weight lost will catch up. Last week I could barely get a 1/2 bottle of my Protein shake in and 20 ounces of Water but I noticed I lost inches. Yesterday I got 48 oz's of water & 2 shakes in. And I got into a smaller size pant an 18 today. It's gonna happen & for you the loss will probably be BIG. Hang in there! I've got that same thought in the back if my mind, hard to get rid of as I'm a band to bypass convert. However, MAJOR difference: we all have so much love, support, prayer and good listening skills for each other! That alone will make a difference and we will all lose and maintain together!
