I would think that since your surgery was on your stomach and not your legs, you should give it a go and do us proud! Just find a way to hydrate and get your Protein. Good Luck! matt1912 316 Posted September 18, 2014 (edited) In 5 months I have lost 115 lbs and I work out 3 times a week. I feel strong enough to do it, however I am concerned about the stamina vs. food intake.
