tinagatorfan79 7 Posted October 9, 2014 Ok I'm done with my EGD & biopsy I didn't even feel anything I was out & I'm home now resting my Dr. Prescribed me protinix & another medicine I jave 2 small ulcers so I have to take those meds for 12 weeks but I'm so glad it's over thank you for all the prayers ???? tinagatorfan79 7 Posted October 10, 2014 Srry that I didn't respond earlier I had my EGD today & they also did a stomach biopsy & I have intestine ulcers there is 2 of them but not big ones thank God & he said I have acid reflux I never even knew I had that so he prescribed me protinix & sucralfate so I was under General anesthesia so I'm still sleepy some & I do have a scratchy throat & they gave me a dose of fentyl for pain so I will find out the results in 2 weeks for the biopsy wish me luck please Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Jen W 2 Posted October 10, 2014 It is a good thing they are doing the endoscopy. The doctor gets a sneak peak inside your stomach which helps him prep for the surgery.
