Kpar909956 87 Posted September 16, 2014 Can Protein shakes count towards you volume of daily required fluids? EXAMPLE. Bottle Water 16.9 and a 20 oz Protein shake equal 36.9 oz. I am worried about dehydration after surgery since I only drink about 3 bottles of Water a day Thanks
4grands 10 Posted September 16, 2014 Hi kpar909956, I'm worried now, as I can't drink 3 bottles of Water. I'm only doing abt one and a half, the Protein Drink if I can. I get that full feeling very quick.
sa1976 221 Posted September 17, 2014 It was also hard for until today. I just kept sipping on Water and Protein Shakes all day. I feel well satisfied. I was around a lot of food all day. It was weird. I enjoyed the smell of the food , but I did not feel hungry for the food. It is really hard for me to tell if I am hungry or not. Very weird .
