Its been a while since I joined but after 16 months from surgery I feel fantastic! Reached my goal and lost 120 pounds!! Good luck to all the newbies and hola to all the veterans.

Some pics from my journey....261 down to 140. Size 22/24 to a 6 & M...its been hard but so worth it. No more medication, CPap machine,illness....Hello healthy.. This forum helped me through. Good luck to all on this journey to a healthy and better you.
