40LB to go and stuck

So I only have 40 lb to get to my goal weight, but the last 2/3 weeks hardly any weight loss. No more then a pound or two,then it comes back on again. I'm walking around 3 miles a day, but its limited to a mid level pace as my hip has been giving me issue since the beginning of weight loss. Does anyone have any good ideas as to how I can get rid of these last 40 pound. Its driving me crazy not seeing the scales move.

So went back to writing down the amount of calories I am eating, also noted I was taking it a little more carbs than I should of, so back to keeping myself under 900 calories, since this is what the NUT has me on. I am hoping I'll start losing again.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
