Boot Camp?????

I came across an advertisement for Boot Camp

that is really close to my house. Never would have

thought of doing such a thing before band.

Anyone, out there tried a boot camp??????

I tried a bootcamp before lap-band and it was awesome! I was one of the biggest girls there but it didn't matter, there were athletes, beginners, older and younger people, everyone got something out of it. I had/have medical issues that would prevent me from losing "weight" but I was deffinately increasing stamina and toning my muscles a lot. I am pretty shy and was nervouse to work out in front of everyone but I quickly realized it was great working out with other people with a variety of range b/c we could team up if needed and everyone was very encouraging. It will definately make you sweat, but its worth it if you take it seriously! Good Luck!!
