sonya601 7 Posted September 14, 2014 I start my liquid diet monday Sept. 15 and was wondering are the special k Protein Shakes good to have or whats a good shake to get
Rach8610 60 Posted September 14, 2014 The only one I tried was the primer Protein from costco. I did not care for them at all. They were 30 grams of protein and only 160 calories but the after taste was nasty!
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted September 14, 2014 I like premiere, lean shake 25 from GNC (orange is my favorite) and carnation instant no sugar added.
viktoryalynne 28 Posted September 14, 2014 Special K Protein Water was on my list to purchase but not the shake. My last had sugar free carnation Breakfast drinks, whey and in my area there are special stores selling products for the weight loss surgeries.
MB511 7 Posted September 14, 2014 Isopure is good it has 15 grams of Protein per 8oz. I also use EAS 100% whey Protein Powder and I mix it with unsweetened almond milk. The vanilla powder with a tbsp of powdered Peanut Butter (BP2 in the organic section at the grocery store) is actually really good! It's thick an take a while to drink all 8oz, usually an hour, but it's delicious

downsizingdiva 459 Posted September 14, 2014 I would be wary of the main stream "protein" products. .. most of them are going to have way too many carbs in them to do you much good. ..
