redvet 39 Posted February 29, 2016 Hello All, I'm curious ... I'm 6wks out, will be 7 wks come Monday, and I'm having some issues. I've been vomitting and dizzy and having headaches, I was fine up until about 3 wks ago. The Dr. says it just Migraines but I'm curious to know if anyone else has had any problems like this or similar, since having surgery. And what helped you if so, I was given prescriptions and they are helping some.Sorry to hear you're having issues, even though I haven't had my surgery yet, I'm on a few pages and from what I have heard that usually mean dehydration. So sip, sip sip as much as you can. Good luck.

Fame 53 Posted March 27, 2016 Do any of you have good purée recipes? Making a list of items to try during that phase. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I experimented with home made fruit smoothies at this stage and just added Protein powder... It was my favorite at that time. Afrikanaaa 79 Posted March 27, 2016 Do any of you have good purée recipes? Making a list of items to try during that phase. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I didn't really experiment in the soft phase. I lived off of Greek yogurt, babybel light cheese, mashed Beans, Protein Shakes and yogurt. 1 CStoned reacted to this
