Post op excess skin ?

Lose weight slowly, workout frequently (lots of cardio), and weight training. People always skip weight training and I think that's a huge mistake. Also, stay hydrated and take your vitamins; it'll give your skin the best chance of rebounding.

Good advice. I'm concerned abort this also, and ask my husband daily if he's still going to live me when I've 'melted'. (My way of verbalizing the hanging skin.) He always says yes. My plan is to do what is suggested above while keeping my skin will hydrated.
